I feel completely and utterly negligent.

I feel as if I have deserted this blog to partake in wasteful, unimportant timesucks which fail as creativity outlets. Perhaps I'm also spending more time with my studies, but I do not see why my academic life and technological fantasies cannot coexist. School has been busy and slightly mundane. I had an IB Spanish oral Wednesday that did not go as smoothly as planned, but hey, what's done is done. And thank (insert religious figure here) for that.

Monday was a wonderful day. Somehow, my friend Jake got ahold of some tickets to the Lady GaGa show at the Showbox at the market. The show was sold out, so you see, I didn't expect to have any sort of fun on this Monday night. GaGa, discostick in hand, was amazing, as expected. Her set was like a twisted sci-fi Warholian dance party in your hot pants with glitter and stilletos to top it off. The woman had 5 or 6 outfit changes, which thrilled me, as you might guess. The crowd was not as exciting as I expected, and I didn't get any action from the large gay demographic, but then again, I'm always disappointed by other people. Hah. That sounded completely self-centered. I don't care. It's not as if anyone reads this anyway. Below are some pictures from SPIN.com and a video of her NEW song "Future Love" at her San Diego show.

J'adore.

Anywho,
Thursday night was lovely. Gillian and I dressed up and bought a bunch of cupcakes from Cupcakes Royale and some real food from Trader Joe's. Following our adventures, we returned home and were joined by Bridget. The three of us watched a lovely, fucked-up movie called The Dreamers. Very provacative (NC-17 to be exact). Very beautiful. Eva Greene (of Bond girl fame) played supporting role as a fabulous, crazy french girl. Gorgeous. This isn't one for the faint of heart or stomach, as it includes themes of sex and incest, but I highly recommend it.

My mother just entered my disaster zone room and told me I need to "work on it." So until next time... Hopefully that's sooner rather than later. OH. Gillian and I have decided we're going to start a fashion blog this summer or perhaps a bit earlier. Keep an eye out for it.

Take me to Paris?

I love Paris Fashion Week because the clothes are generally much more powerful and uninhibited than they are in America. Much more sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll. Givenchy and Stella McCartney are always favorites of mine.

Those boots are hot hot hot. Apparently, Rachel Zoe's assistant Brad said "Bet they're made from potatoes and mashed up cauliflower," since of course Stella is vegan and designs her clothes accordingly.
Love Brad. Very ready for season 2.

Do you think I could do those pants justice? I seriously doubt it, but I think I might love them. Not that I can buy some Stella McCartney pants with the zero dollars I have... I should look into getting a sugar daddy.

Lily Donaldson for Givency

A bit ridiculous, yes, but that's fashion dahhhling!
It's not about function.
TAKE ME!
All this looking at models has left me hungry.
Until later...

Today has been a good day :)
I hope the same for you!

Lazy Days...

I apologize for neglecting my non-existent readers. I have been preoccupied with a great deal. It seems to never end. This weekend however, I did not have any responsibilites related to school. Seems a bit too good to be true to me. Friday night, I participated in a fashion show, wearing secondhand clothing to benefit Sewgreen. Inspired by all the lovely models walking the Fall 2009 runways, I strutted my stuff to the best of my ability.

After the craziness that was the fashion show, I had an enjoyable night with a manfriend. Junk food, Resident Evil: Extinction, and certain other things are a lovely combination, if you didn't guess. Milla Jovovich is hot shit.

Saturday was completely lazy. I did a whole lot of nothing. Monica and I watched an entire disk of Weeds. Mary-Kate Olsen has been guest-starring as a pot-smoking super Christian. Love it. I adore the girl.

Today has been pretty low-key as well. Monica and I had lunch with our friend Bridget at Red Mill Burgers, where they have the most incredible veggie burger. After that I did some driving people around and doing nothing. Then I got in a little tiff with my mother and decided to blast The Gossip and Sex Pistols to make my teenage angst known. Hah. Now I'm sitting in bed. I don't want to do anything ever again. Except watch the final disk of Weeds. :)

Further apologies if my posts have sucked...
I've been crazy busy and then lazy as a result. I don't have the patience for a better one today.
I want some gummi bears.
