Summer in the City.

Though my last post featured praise for the inevitably frequent precipitation of Seattle, the sunshine seen today was undeniably refreshing. There's something beautiful about the effect sunlight has on concrete. Unfortunately, I was stuck inside most of the day at work, but my brief break was euphoric. To my surprise, it was still quite warm late this evening after I left work. A friend and I enjoyed Rancho Bravo and Molly Moon's on Capitol Hill without a shiver to be heard of. Exhaustion plagues me, so I must retire shortly, but I'll leave you with this lovely song from Regina Spektor.
