Marc Jacobs

Emerging from a square wooden frame, most walking in socked almost-flat shoes to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", the models at Marc Jacobs seemed like little dolls. There was a sense of romance and calm to the whole thing that we haven't seen from Marc in a while. It appears that he was looking back at his roots and the feeling of nostalgia was oh so lovely. Among the models were Camille Bidault-Waddington and Susanne Deeken, women I'm not even familiar with, who work on Marc by Marc Jacobs. Even without knowing who they are, I'm happy to see them in the show. The nerdy girl of Marc's past came back, sometimes in sequins, sometimes wrapped in a cozy coat with fur details. Marc is a master of pulling on heart strings. Consider mine yanked on.

Tati Cotliar (I'm telling you, watch out for this girl)
