Balmain

Sex, excess, and rock n' roll all fuse together to form the force of nature that is Christophe Decarnin's work for Balmain. Naturally, it is a formula that appeals to me. Decarnin dangerously teeters on the edge of bad taste, though I have to say I am quite capable of loving trashy clothing. This latest collection recalls his recent signatures, but infuses some new elements. To my surprise pantsuits made it on to the runway, as did lots and lots of gold.

Gilded pants? I'll take them.
