Rick Owens

The incredible Rick Owens presented his collection in Paris, describing the models as a sect of glamorous nuns. Not that I expect a literal interpretation from the ground-breaking designer, but these are nuns as I have never seen them. The only bit of resemblance I can extract is a sort of uniformity, which could also take on a military or tribal connotation. No matter what the inspriration, the collection was quite impressive in itself. My favorite looks included leather jackets, futurustic-looking paneling, and hoooded vests. To own a piece of Rick Owens...dreamy sigh.
